We went above and beyond to ensure these homes had large rooms, storage, parking, and were built to last. The quality of the homes ensure low utility bills, privacy, and sound proof living.

No, all of our houses are rented by the home not by the bedroom. If you are interested in leasing with us, all residents would be included on one lease.

Utility costs at our houses generally range from $50-$65 per person per month. This could increase or decrease based on utility usage.

YES! Each of our houses have very generous private parking, which ensures each bedroom has its own space. Parking is included in the monthly rent.

We follow Fair Housing regulations and rent to anyone who meets the rental criteria outlined in our leasing guidelines.

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at any of the properties. 

All properties have  a standard 12 month lease that starts on June 1 every year.
